Advisory Council meets with Village Nominating Committee and School Board Nominating Committee to review Roles and Responsibilities, process, procedures, policies and philosophy of the Caucus. Review Caucus Plan requirements for upcoming election process.

Applications received from residents to run in election to serve on the Village Nominating Committee or the School Board Nominating Committee: April 17, 2024.
May
Voting for candidates from precincts to serve as members of the Village Nominating Committee and School Board Nominating Committee: May 1 to May 17, 2024
June
Election results for members of the Village Nominating Committee and School Board Nominating Committee determined; candidates notified, Committees organized Call for Candidates to run for available elected positions in Village, Park, Library and School Boards.
September to November
Village Nominating Committee and School Board Nominating Committee review applications from candidates for elected offices; review qualifications; schedule and conduct interviews; reference calls; select candidates to recommend for nomination for elected offices. Applications for all Board positions are due on or before September 15, 2024
Village Nominating Committee and School Board Nominating Committee submit names of candidates recommended to be considered for nomination at the Biennial Town Meeting: November 15, 2024
December
Biennial Town Meeting held to receive recommendations of the Village and School Board Nominating Committees; Glencoe voters confirm candidates for Village, Park, Library and School Board elected offices. Tuesday December 4, 2024 Certificates of nomination for established party caucus candidates filed by the Glencoe Caucus for the April 1, 2025 Consolidated General Election: Dates TBD from Cook County.
